Cancellation policy
Regular Orders
- Regular orders cannot be canceled once they have been fulfilled or shipped. Please refer to our Return Policy to initiate a return after delivery.
Subscriptions
- Cancellation Deadline: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next cycle, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled billing date.
- How to Cancel: Manage your subscription directly by signing into your customr account or contact our support team at mixd.pre@gmail.com.
- Billing Cycles: Cancellations apply to the next upcoming billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days left in your current cycle.
Pre-Orders
- Before Shipment: Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund at any time before the item is processed and enters fulfillment.
- After Shipment: Once a pre-order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. It must be treated as a standard return after you receive the item.
